Engagence is headquartered in Sydney and delivers in-person leadership and team development engagements across Australia and New Zealand. Our work with government clients, not-for-profit organisations and professional teams has taken us across metropolitan, regional and cross-state environments, enabling us to adapt confidently to a wide variety of contexts and logistical requirements.
In addition to in-person delivery, we deliver high-quality virtual sessions using secure, stable and interactive digital platforms. As a Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Co-Founder of RYLA Oceania, I’ve designed and led leadership programs across Australia and the USA. My approach is practical, results-driven, and rooted in real-world experience - both from my own journey and the leaders I’ve worked with.
