For the City of Sydney’s Emerging Civic Leaders—a cohort preparing to step into significant public-facing roles—we designed a development pathway centered on leadership identity and professional confidence.

Using CliftonStrengths and self-leadership frameworks, we equipped these aspiring leaders with the tools to articulate their unique value and apply their strengths strategically. This focus on individual capability created a strong foundation for the next phase of our work: advancing the Social Programs Team. Here, the focus shifted from "leading self" to "leading together," helping experienced professionals master the complex soft skills of cross-functional influence and collaborative decision-making.
