Rotary South Pacific

Bringing together 18 leaders from across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, the newly formed Service Projects & Programs (SP&P) team faced a significant challenge: delivering a complex cross-regional portfolio without any shared history or established ways of working.

Engagence was commissioned to bridge this gap, designing a facilitation process that simultaneously built psychological safety and strategic clarity. By utilising CliftonStrengths diagnostics as a foundation, we helped the team map their collective talents — identifying strong execution capabilities while proactively addressing gaps in influencing themes as a design constraint rather than a deficit.
